We are currently looking for our Warsaw office:
Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for developing new use cases and servicing the legacy propriety applications, providing Front End technology recommendations and software for production systems.
- Provide necessary code changes and deliver technical documentation for IGT software
• Assist in developing new features for the user or customizing them and supporting legacy Back Office application code
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Your Skills:
- Education in computer science or related field
• Proven work experience as a Front-End developer using Angular (JS & 10), JavaScript ES6, TypeScript, Node.js, Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, Yarn, Bower.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, preprocessor languages, such as LESS (SASS) and asynchronous request handling with partial page updates (AJAX)
• Knowledge of testing tools such as Protractor, Jasmine, Karma
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
• Experience working with best practices: Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Issue tracking (JIRA)
• Communication skills
• Flexibility, motivation, initiative
• Ability to learn fast and transfer knowledge
• English – written and spoken
Preferable Skills:
- Degree and certificates in related fields
• Knowledge of Java EE 8 technologies (to work both as front end & back end developer for bug fixing)
• Experience working with JBOSS application server and Linux system
• Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS (DB2)
• Experience working with XML
• Experience working with Spring Boot based applications
• Python practice
