Commercial Content Lead

ROLE

As a Commercial Content Lead, your main goal will be to create and implement a commercial content strategy for Better Collective’s Polish websites such as Goal.pl, Zagranie, and Strefa Siatkówki. You will manage a team of experienced content creators for these sites and collaborate with individuals setting SEO development directions within the organization. You will join a highly skilled team working on sports content and traffic acquisition, developing the area of commercial content creation. We expect you to take responsibility for the areas and products you work on. You will also create plans, analyses, and reports for Better Collective Poland’s management.

• Has knowledge and experience in creating commercial content.

• Understands SEO principles and can use this knowledge to create content achieving set goals.

• Is creative, independent, and goal-oriented.

• Can manage a team.

• Has knowledge of current trends related to content creation, SEO, and continuously expands their knowledge and skills.

• Is active and determined to achieve goals.

• Is fluent in Polish and English.

• Additionally (not a requirement), knows the world of sports, especially football and sports betting.

Important: For this position, we offer a full-time employment contract, and the office is located in Krakow.

2) Practical session:

– role-related tasks – show off your skills! 🙂

– personality test (~25min)

3) (~1h) Feedback and overview session of the practical session

and phone calls with the decision.
